One of my favorite things about celebration sessions is that there really aren’t many rules. Bring a cake, balloons, a favorite toy, a meaningful item, or any other props you’d like to incorporate. We’ll chat beforehand about what you have in mind and how we can make the session feel personal to your celebration.

What kinds of celebrations can you photograph?
Celebration sessions can be used for all kinds of milestones and special occasions. Birthdays, cake smashes, baptisms, first birthdays, accomplishments, and other family milestones are all welcome. If you have something specific in mind, we can chat through the details and make a plan for your session.
How long is a celebration photography session?
Celebration sessions are 30 minutes long. This gives us enough time to capture a variety of portraits, details, and natural moments without making the session feel too long, especially for younger children.
What should we bring to our session?
Bring anything you'd like! Balloons, a cake, a favorite toy, a special outfit, flowers, or meaningful items can all be incorporated into your photos. We’ll talk through what you have in mind before your session so we can make the most of our time together.
Can we include family members in the photos?
Absolutely. Celebration sessions can include photos of the person being celebrated on their own, as well as photos with parents, siblings, grandparents, or anyone else who is part of the celebration. We can plan the session around whoever you’d like included.
Where do celebration sessions take place?
We’ll choose a location based on the type of celebration and the look you have in mind. When you inquire, we can talk through your ideas and find a location that works well for your session.
Do we receive all of the photos from our session?
Yes! Your 30-minute celebration session includes all of your edited images. You won’t have to narrow your gallery down to a specific number of favorites, so you can enjoy the full collection of memories we capture.
